Whole Cooking for the Whole Family

We have been on a whole cooking spree lately.
It feels more like preparing for the winter. There is not much of a winter here in the Deep South.
Our goal is to provide nutritious, yummy, whole foods for our family.

We have made:

and cooked a ton of chicken in the crockpot for all kinds of uses.
So far we have had BBQ chicken for the last couple of days.
I shredded the chicken for BBQ chicken sandwiches on french bread. That is when we figured out that we have not bought pickles at this house. Boo!
Then I used the remainder of the BBQ chicken with rice and veggies today for lunch.
I still have about 7-8 fully cooked chicken pieces that has to be sorted and frozen today.
